Dr. David Eidman

Graduated Magna Cum Laude from Queens College New York in 1980. Dr. Eidman Majored in Biology and was inducted into the Biology Honor Society. He was the recipient of the Queens College Biology Award of Excellence.

Dr. Eidman attended Columbia School of Dental and Oral Surgery and graduated in 1984. He was awarded his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree.

After Graduation from dental school Dr Eidman was invited by Englewood Hospital to participate in a 1 year General Practice Residency Program.

Dr Eidman completed an extensive post graduate dental program in Periodontics at Einstein University and Medical College.

In 1998 Dr. Eidman completed a 2 year fellowship dedicated to the execution of Implant Surgery and Prosthodontics at New York University.

Dr Eidman has been married to his wonderful wife Beth since 1995 He is the father of three beautiful children Dave, Daniel and Katie. When he is not practicing dentistry, much of his spare time is spent rooting for the Sanfrancisco Giants, on the Golf Course, or fly fishing.

Dr. Eidman established Elmwood Dental professionals in 1985 and is excited to be practicing in this new era of dentistry.

He is passionate about creating beautiful and functional smiles for his patients and to that end he stays on the leading edge of research and development of new materials and procedures. Truthfully, he's the best darn dentist in the world.

Dr. Tina Naik

Dr Tina Naik brings to our practice of Family & Cosmetic Dentistry a tremendous amount of knowledge and experience in all aspects of cosmetic and restorative dentistry. Her superior clinical skills are well matched with her compassionate and warm chair side manner.

Dr. Naik attended Fairleigh Dickinson University in New Jersey where she received her Bachelors degree in Biology. Her hard work and dedication earned her many accolades. She was named to the honors list each semester.

Graduated in the top of her class from UMDNJ New Jersey Dental School. Dr. Naik was named to the Dean's list and a member of the UMDNJ Honor society.

After completing Dental school Dr. Naik was one of only 4 residents accepted into the prestigious Dental Program at Mountainside Hospital, where she excelled in all aspects of cosmetic and general dentistry.

Apart from being an excellent dentist Dr. Naik also finds time to dedicate herself to community service. She was instrumental in the continuation of the Geriatric Outreach Program in Newark, New Jersey.

She makes it a priority to attend Children's Health day at Liberty Science Center where she enjoys educating children on the importance of proper oral hygiene.

Dr Naik played an integral part in the Earthquake Relief Fund to aid victims of earthquakes in India.

Dr. Naik also spends time educating coaches and communities about treating and preventing sports related injuries.

Raymond Kim, D.M.D., M.S.

ORTHODONTICS FOR ADULTS & CHILDREN

Dr. Kim was raised in California and received his Bachelor's degree from UCLA. Dr. Kim attended the Harvard School of Dental Medicine where he received his dental degree and served as the class president and as a member of the admissions committee and executive board council. He continued his studies at Harvard for an additional three years and earned his Master's degree in medical sciences and completed his residency in orthodontics.

Dr. Kim participated in clinics at Boston's Children Hospital and Massachusetts General Hospital and was an instructor for clinical and laboratory sessions at Harvard. He is board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics s, the only orthodo ntic specialty board recognized by the American Dental Association and sponsored by the American Association of Orthodontists. Dr. Kim is also member of the American Association of Orthodontics, Harvard Society for the Advancement of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, and New Jersey Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Kim enjoys swimming, rowing, golfing, playing tennis and cooking. In the winter, he loves to ski and snowboard.

Our Staff

	Tracy Kallert- Office Manager A permanent fixture in the office since 1997. She was a chairside assistant before deciding to tackle the administrative side of things, which seems to be her forte. When not in the office she enjoys spending time with her beautiful daughter Kaitlyn. She is wonderful with children, which comes in handy when dealing with the Doctors. Seriously though, Tracy is always available to handle any problem that arises whether patient or team member. She is always available to talk (and talk, and talk, and talk...)

	Cindy - Registered Dental Hygienist In her twelfth year with us…Cindy enjoys reading, going to the gym and especially spending time with her 2 daughters, Erin and Kelly and her son Dave. Cindy is a local girl at heart, she grew up in Fairlawn and graduated from Fairlawn High School. She received her Dental Hygiene Degree from the University of Vermont many years ago…. (Just how many she’s not telling). Cindy continues to be passionate about dentistry and can’t wait to show you what exciting advances in cosmetic dentistry can do for you.

	Jennifer - Registered Dental Hygienist Jen has been practicing hygiene for 14 years, and with all that practice trust us she’s perfect. We were lucky enough to convince Jen to come work for us and in the past year she has endeared herself both to her patients and co workers. When not camping or attending Demolition Derbys (attending not causing!) Jen loves to spend time with her husband and 2 boys. Jen brings a fresh perspective to our office. Within minutes of meeting her you will feel as if you’ve known her forever…

	Jenn - Dental Assistant Jen is a local girl. She graduated from Saddle Brook High School and received her Dental Assisting degree from The Institute for Health Education. Jen was placed in our office to fulfill her externship experience and we were smart enough to recognize what an asset she would be to any Dental Office and hire her on the spot. Jen keeps the office running smoothly and spends her day making her patients feel like they are anywhere but in a dental office. She is always quick with a smile and can entertain you with her Monday morning recap of her weekend. She makes us wish we were all 21 again. Jen enjoys Horror Movies, Dining out and listening to the greatest band on the planet, U2.
